Doug White & Associates is expanding, and we are currently seeking passionate clinicians to join our Baton Rouge team. If you are committed to helping individuals and couples heal from addiction, trauma, and broken relationships, we would love to hear from you.

We are specifically looking for:

Trauma-focused therapists

CSATs (Certified Sex Addiction Therapists)

Therapists interested in working with sexual addiction and relational trauma

General addictions counselors

LMFTs (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists)

Additionally, any PLPC or LPC may be considered regardless of specialty, as we value clinicians who are committed to growth and excellence in the counseling profession.

Doug White & Associates also values investing in the future of the profession. We welcome inquiries from Practicum and Internship students and would be honored to serve as a training home for the next generation of therapists.

Our practice is led by Doug White, LPC, CSAT, whose years of clinical and ministry experience shape a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

For a limited time, new hires are eligible for a structured sign-on bonus:

$250 on Day 1

$750 at 30 days

$1,000 at 90 days (with 10 clients per week)

$1,000 at 180 days (with 15 clients per week)
